I hope I haven’t driven too many people away from my site with the continual changes I have been doing over the last year. But I am a perfectionist, and that coupled with my OCD leads to me updating/changing until I finally can sleep easy at night.
The inspiration for the format came from two sources. First is Nick Onken’s website. He is a travel photographer and I love his images and the widescreen type format of his website. And secondly the Big Picture section of the Boston Globe’s website. The large images on that website are just fantastic and I almost feel like showing images in a bigger format is the only way to do it.
